Train by the number that’s actually yours. Live heart rate from a chest strap or your watch, zones set from your own tests, a morning verdict built on your own baselines — and a coach that plans around what you actually did.

Three things

Zones

Live heart rate with hold-zone alarms and cues that still sound with the phone in your pocket. Zones come from your own threshold tests — one set per discipline — never a formula off your age.

Verdict

Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and your WHOOP or Oura score, read against your own baselines. GO, CAUTION or NO-GO, every deduction itemised. When the data isn’t there, it says so.

Sessions

Bike, rower, SkiErg and treadmill in one workout — every transition timed, every leg filed to Apple Health. HYROX at your division’s weights. Run it again next month and Mode tells you what changed.

Who it’s for

For people who train hybrid and want a straight answer.

You already own the chest strap. You know what a threshold test is, or you’re willing to do one. You’ve had enough of apps that congratulate you for showing up and invent a readiness score from population averages. Mode is a good coach in a quiet gym: it tells you what you did, what it cost, and whether tomorrow is a GO — and it’s comfortable saying “not enough data”. Your health data stays on your phone. No advertising, ever.

Train by the number that’s actually yours.
